Patio Perimeter Expansion Joint Sealing

For this home, the Felix Sealants team was hired to seal the rear patio perimeter expansion joint. Over time, concrete slabs naturally expand and contract, which creates small gaps where pests, moisture, and debris can collect.

To protect the home, we cut out the black board, prepared the joint, and applied a premium polyurethane sealant for a watertight, flexible finish. This helps prevent scorpions, ants, and other insects from entering through foundation gaps while improving the appearance and longevity of the patio.
